SHIPPING POLICY AND SHIPPING-RELATED INFORMATION

Please note: Shipping prices are determined by the shipping location, the shipping method selected at checkout, as well as the type of item(s) ordered.

Selecting an expedited shipping method will only expedite your package’s transit time once your order ships from our facility, not the time it takes for the items to become available.

Shipping cost

  • Normally, FREE SHIPPING will be applied automatically at check out on all orders. At this time, because of coronavirus, we can not deliver your items by USPS. Therefore, you HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING FEES for a while.
  • Please pay $13.95 shipping fee for DHL or FEDEX express shipping company.
  • After choosing your preferred shipping method at checkout, your total shipping charges will be displayed before your order is completed.

Shipping time & Process

  • All of the orders will be processed in turn & Orders are unable to be canceled or changed once they are in processing status.
  • If you have any changing for your shipping information, please contact us via email within 24 hours from the time you complete your order on the website.
  • Normally, depending on the shipping method you select, your order should be shipped within 7-12 business days for  DHL OR FEDEX FAST SHIPPING. At this time, because of the disease, some flights have been delayed. Although your tracking number is available, your order may be delayed by 1 to 3 days. Therefore, your order should be shipped within 8-15 (nCovid) business days for DHL OR FEDEX FAST SHIPPING.
  • Shipping speeds are based on carrier transit times and do not include the time it takes to handle and pack a shipment (usually 2-5 business days). For some special cases, we need more time to handle the order before shipping.
  • Orders are shipped on BUSINESS DAYS only. Please note that business days are Monday to Friday, excluding major holidays.
  • Customized orders will take more time to produce & can not be canceled.
  • After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the location of your shipping address.

Delivery problems

  • Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time.
  • If there are any changes or problems during delivery, please actively contact the carrier to resolve and receive orders. We can not solve or responsible for the delivery process – related issues (shipment on hold, the customer is not at home, the carriage cannot contact the customer, etc). 
  • We always update the shipping status of your order via email. Please check your email regularly.
  • In certain situations your order may be destroyed by customs if you are unable to provide clearance for the order; in this instance, we cannot refund product or shipping costs for these reasons. This may vary from country to country and we ask that you contact your local customs office for additional information.
  • Orders shipping with these methods are delivered via FedEx, DHL, USPS. Our orders ship from our shipping facilities located in 690 Saratoga Ave #100, San Jose, CA 95129, United States.
